Heartwarming Story: Noir- The Trick Horse Rescued

This 9-year-old gelding represents the true essence of NEER. A NEER member paid his bail to save him from slaughter. Although it is often times hard to choose just one horse out of many in the auction system this little black horse makes an instant impact. Beautiful with lovely gaits he was certainly someone’s pet. Noir does tricks such as rearing on command. With his tricks he draws attention, but it is his kindness that leaves a lasting impression.

Phil Silva recently donated his Equine Valet services to transport Noir to a Tom Noone lesson at the CRDA clinic. Noir has also received care from Myhre Equine Clinic, Rochester, where Dr. Grant Myhre was named New Hampshire Horse Person of the Year for 2007 by the New Hampshire Horse Council. Noir is in need of sponsors and angels to help offset his medical needs.
