Celebrating Our Summer Interns

Lisa Andersson and Meredith Helgerson finished their internships with Ten Broeck Farm in mid-August. Before we let them go, however, everyone at the farm, or associated with the farm, came to an evening cookout and celebratory send-off. We were also joined by Lisa’s parents, Lars and Elizabeth (and thank you again for helping us with all those petunias!). Meredith and her husband, Conrad, hail from Massachusetts, and Lisa came to us from Sweden. Both young women are beautiful riders, hard workers, and an absolute delight to have among us.

Although we don’t know where Meredith and Conrad’s new marriage will take them over the next year, we trust our paths will continue to cross. We also hope that Lisa will return to us, no matter what time of year!
